Hi all, I dont like going to the gym and my work PT is just to maintain and I need to loose weight and be able to continue to pass my APFT and meet my weight standard for work. I workout with my company 4 times a week and run twice on weekends 4-5 miles each.

I noticed I am finally loosing weight its being a year since Ive been under 162. a month ago i was 172 i was told my uniform was getting tight i had to buy 2 tops for it. now i fit in my old tops. Im feeling motivated.
