Hi all, I dont like going to the gym and my work PT is just to maintain and I need to loose weight and be able to continue to pass my APFT and meet my weight standard for work. I workout with my company 4 times a week and run twice on weekends 4-5 miles each.

Your welcome....I understand the pt thing...I'm still in the army too...so sometimes we take that as our workout, but sometimes you have too do a little extra too get too your goal.

Yes Michael. well pt is supposed to be to maintain. I am a medic so I have to do more to keep up. and pass that apft. running is my fav but on my own.

runned today that puts me at 7.77 miles and pt tuesday Wednesday and friday

I noticed I am finally loosing weight its being a year since Ive been under 162. a month ago i was 172 i was told my uniform was getting tight i had to buy 2 tops for it. now i fit in my old tops. Im feeling motivated.

Thank you Belly B. We all start small. One step at a time. I have to do to my job, I have to stay within my weight standard and be able to pass my physical fitness test. you are doing great keeo motivated.

So I am so excited I finally hit 160 lbs its been over a year since I weight that amount.   12 lbs in 4-5 weeks.  I am determined to loose 10 more pounds and I will be at a healthy bmi.
