Since Ive started using skimble I work out more and harder. I also ZUMBA more. I find this app to make working out fun. So I invited family and friends to do it with me. An hour of ZUMBA 2-3 times a week, and if they are really up for it an hour every day, this is for the month of Jan. even though I have started a little earlier. I am also inviting you all, thats a way for all of us to have fun, and become skimble friends. as you see i dont have many. :) You can do this at a gym with a Zumba class, at home with a Zumba dvd, or youtube some Zumba courses. I do all three. So hop on bored the Zumba Train, and in the mix lets become Skimble friends. :)
I don't like the hip movements in Zumba so I will do some other form of cardio! Got challenge and I'd love to be friends

Yay, its so fun you don't realize how tough zumba is until you notice the puddle of sweat. Lol
