I am new to this and literally just signed up to the app.
I am going on my honeymoon in June and would really like to get in shape. I used to be active but since injuring my back and ankle I have to be more careful in what I do otherwise I'm left in a lot of pain!
Motivation can be tough too so I would like to speak to others who also struggle with keeping motivated!
