I'm finally getting into regular workouts, but I'm still having trouble finding workouts that are easy on my knees. I usually just deal with it but it'd be nice to find effective workouts, outside of swimming and using the elliptical, that will not be to hard on the knees.
I plan on going for it soon but I haven't in a while. Maybe a little over a year ago.
How old are your tennis shoes. do you need inserts in your shoes. you are supposed to change out your tennis shoes every 6 months. also be more aware of your movements. dont do high impact workouts but see a physical therapist to get a better guidance
