Easy on the joints

I'm finally getting into regular workouts, but I'm still having trouble finding workouts that are easy on my knees. I usually just deal with it but it'd be nice to find effective workouts, outside of swimming and using the elliptical, that will not be to hard on the knees.

Hi Mark do u suffer with joint problems generally or does it only occur during exercise?

It occurs normally when I do physical activities and it lingers for days. But every so often it just flairs up

Have you seen a doctor about it? Being in pain doesn't sound too healthy.

I plan on going for it soon but I haven't in a while. Maybe a little over a year ago.

Just ice them all the time even when they dont hurt

How old are your tennis shoes. do you need inserts in your shoes.  you are supposed to change out your tennis shoes every 6 months.  also be more aware of your movements. dont do high impact workouts but see a physical therapist to get a better guidance
