Is working out late @ bad 4 you

As long u get 6to 8hr asleep throught the whole day its never a bad time to workout

Well, it will be harder for you to fall asleep and sleep is important, but that's pretty much all.

Not really. Some people expirience sleep problems if they work out late at Night, but it never made a difference fore me. If it's the only time you can work out it's a lot better to workout Then to do nothing. So diffinately try it out. :)
