How do i handle food cravings?

Drink a large glass of (hot) water with Lemon juice each time you're craving. Wait 15 mins and if you're stille craving after that, dat a healthy snack like an Apple or a carrot. Thuis doesn't mean that you should skip your 'real' meals though. Breakfast, lunch and dunner :)
