Just curious...for me it's:need to lose about 13 kilos ...any tips or workouts to speeden weight loss specially for toning legs and butt?thanks for spending ur time on this...i really appreciate it

Im 15  about 166cm i weigh 52-53 something (kg) and i want abs 😼+lose some fat from legs,be stronger i dont care how much i will weigh but i weighed 61kg a year ago : D good luck

Hey nice meeting you I'm Nelly 15 too!...thanks i hope you reach ur goal and get the abs you want...as for me:I used too weigh 54 kilos 6 months ago and now I'm 59-60...I am around 161cm and I was told I could be 48-45kilos...I used to be a fit exerciser...so that is just upsetting...but I'm gonna start exercising as of tomorrow... wish me luck...thanks for the tips...

And at 54...I was upset cause I was 50 before that but since I was building muscles my weight wasn't that much imp but now I just feel like I'm exploding and that I'm obese...but I'm gonna be fit again
