I had a stroke that caused me to go into an induced coma which I was in for about 5mos and after a year of physical therapy I want to get my strength back.
I lift 3lb(My Current Limit) dumbell's for 45mins a day split up into 3 15min intervols a day and I do this 3 days a week with walking 10,000steps everyday rain or shine.
I also eat about 70G's of protein a day.
So do you think I will gain muscle by doing these things I used to eat 120g a day but I figured with me being so weak I shouldnt eat that much im just now starting again so what do you think?

I think you should also do other workouts for your back and not always stick with the same one. Also I'd eat natural protein.
Okay thanks well I could add back excercises I could add another half hour to my routine.
And I eat mostly Avocado's and chicken but I do Eat about 1 17G protein Bar.
