Tone legs?

I used to be a gymnast and miss how toned my legs were. Anyone give me good workout ideas??

If you have equipment or go to gym then squats, 45° leg press, leg raise and stair climber also help out

Jumping lunges, squat jumps tuck jumps...I have created a gymnastics legs workout. Check it out.

Running is always a good way to tone up legs

Lighter weight and high reps will get u there...cut and defined legs ..always start squats, then isolation exercises.
