I've been out of a good workout routine for far too long! It's time for some accountability and taking myself back to the basics. Hoping this app helps me achieve my goals!

Fell off the wagon last year with house projects and just being "too busy" overall. We just had our first week of agreeable weather and I'm ready to MAKE time to get in shape again!
I'm needing to go right back to the basics and start from scratch.
My last two workout regimens were in October (18) 2014 to prepare for Mud Mayhem and September (29) 2014 for a Spartan race.
I've had a long winter hibernation and need to get out there and bust my ass!
