Hey all. I'm currently training for a triathlon that will be done May 18. When I'm finished, I'll be lost. I've spent the last few months just running, biking, and swimming. Once the race is over, I want to start strength training. I belong to a gym so I have all the equipment I could need at my disposal. I am at the gym 5-6 days per week. I need a plan. There are sooooo many workouts on here I don't know where to start. Anyone have any guidance for me?
