Start with a easy workout to warm you up then go for a more challenging workout

Start with small goals and easy workouts, and every tume you accomplish one, make the next workout or goals a bit harder. Keep a pitcure of what you want out of living a helathier life style in your head. So when you feel like giving up, you can remeber youself why you started
