Why does my brain tell me to eat when I'm not hungry anybody know why
Could be a few things... habit, if you have a regular eating schedule. Boredom. Other emotional cues. You could also be thirsty - plenty of times, the brain thinks we're hungry but really we need some water! I'd always suggest having some water first if you don't think it's actually time for you to be hungry yet.
The same happens with me . But the thing is to put a control on ourselves . I also try to do that .
I agree with Madeline..more often than not we eat to fill up an emotional vaccum..try some pranayams..breathing exercises..should help..
