Anybody have any advices on how to tone abs fast? Especially the lower part cos the upper part I already am toned but struggling a bit with the lower part

Roman chair sit ups. Leg raises (vertical or lying down)[only lift up to ur pelvis] dumbbell pull-over, dumbell pushups. Plus try to eat more fruits and veggies also your protein should be taken in the morning. Drinks lots of water. Do cardio and switch up your cardio routine. Eat smaller meals more frequently and do your ab exercises and you will see results. Have fun
