Lost 50 lbs over spring by eating how humans were intended to, now I wanna gain 20 in muscle. Yeaaah buddy!

I've always been under weight so when I Decided to work out, losing weight was a huge concern. I wanted to gain muscle not fat too. I always eat healthy so that wasn't much of a change. I only added protein shakes and protein bars before and after my workout. My trainer had me do only sprints for cardiovascular once a week and used the rowing machine for 5 minute warmup. Did strength and core exercises. Within a month I gained muscle and weight. I've never weighed this much ever. I'm finally a normal weight of 128. I started between...

You have to eat enough carbs and protein and do strength workouts.
