I need any and all training advice possible! For weight loss, muscle building(without weights), muscle toning and endurance tips/exercises!
If i were you i'd shell out the cash and buy a pair of 10-12kg dumbells or kettle bells. Bodyweight exercises and circuits on here are useful however adding a little resistence especially to core exercises will create good fitness gains. Couple core stability with HIIT or tabata training and your cv will take care of its self. I am currently on my 12th year in the army an this sort of training has never let me down.
