I just got this app and I was wondering if any one of you guys could give me advice on how to get stronger and sixpack abs. I would also like you to share your favorite workouts on skimble. Also looking for freinds to follow and share motivation!

To get six-pack :cardio +diet+ab workouts.
To get stronger : protein + enough carbs +strength workouts.
