I have an elliptical, and plenty of work out videos And yoga mats. I have the tools, just lacking in motivation and I guess knowledge of what workouts would be best for me. I'm not over weight but not happy with how things have changed over the years. What are some suggestions to getting started? I want this to be my new addiction, I'd love to to be up and be confident again. Please be nice:-)

Hi Melissa, what are your aims in terms of workout? Increase your fitness level, build muscle, tone? Have a look at what workouts other people are doing, there are workouts to suit everyone and it's fun you will meet some great people and they will motivate and encourage you, enjoy skimble

this app Helped in motivation bcoz of the friends... I am inspired to workout when they workout.. now I can't last a day without working out!
