workouts for ballet

ok i'm guessing there has to be someone out there who can answer this. so i take ballet an i need to know if theres a workout on here thats good for Ballerinas. If you don't know what i'm looking for its balance and muscles

Take a look at yoga. Great for balance.

Pilates is your best choice... Strengthen all muscles including your core! And great for balance! Nick x

Anything that strengthins you calf muscles is good. Also anything that strengthins your core, this will help you do good turns and balance...

Fighting and dancing are remarkably similar. You can include martial arts workouts in your search, even of they're not your first priority.
