About 2 1/2 months ago I went through a tough experience and lost a lot of weight, rapidly.
A relative is helping me via email with working out and nutrition.
I've been working out every weekday(and some weekend days) for almost two months now.
I still don't know what I'm doing, but I'm slowly learning.
I alternate between resistance and cardio every day.
I could use friends here to share motivation, and to learn from.
