Workouts to slim thighs + tone butt

Hi all, just joined. 163cm (5'4) and 65kg (143lbs). Always had a slim upper body but struggled with big butt and thighs. Any really effective workouts targeting these 2 areas (esp thighs) that you would recommend?

Burpees without pushup. They are fantastic for burning calories and toning the muscles. And don't let anyone tell you they will make your legs bigger lol the legs will become slightly bigger but that is temporary (a day or so).

I recommend doing 10 and then resting for 30 sec. Do that until you reach a total of 100 burpees :)
