Hi Harlee, I started with workout trainer in august with a weight of 223.5 lbs as of today I'm down to 206.5 you can do it.

I'm in utah, outdoor exercise is a bit more difficult here this time of the year (unless you count shoveling).

I've been where you are.  Last year I dropped from 220 to 190.  Unfortunately at the end of the year I lost focus and ended up back at 200...I've still got a long way to go to reach my goal.  My advice is just don't lose focus! I would love to be workout buddies with you if you're looking for one.
