If you're struggling to work through soreness, remind yourself that the soreness you're working through now will be worse in the morning if you don't. Also,  try stretching and stretching your warm-up out a little. I like starting out with 5 to 10 min on the ellipse machine and keep upping the intensity till I can just slowly move it. Blood flow &  hydration are your friends.
