I apparently created an account a few years ago but didn't do much. Anyway, I'm back and have no idea what I'm doing. I do some running and some other strength training outside of this community. But I don't know how to log that in. Any suggestions?
I think I have things figured out. I just pick a workout I want to do, and after I'm done I hit save session. It will save everything you've ever done on here as long as you hit save session.
