Well the best thing to gain alot of kg is to eat alot before sleeping by few minutes! And eat every thing with oil ! And eat alot! That the idea! Eat aloot

Try to eat more than 3 meals a day..well the results may wont be shown in months because ur very tall but just keep on it and try not to move alot and well try eating while ur watching tv !Good luck

Just try to open the you tube and write how can u gain more weight! And ask about the fatty food man! I was like u very thin but now iam 52 kilos:) good luck I tried it!
