Need Help!

I'm new here so I'm not sure how this works. I'm trying to loose 15-20 pounds by mid July and I need help with my diet. I'm already exercising daily, but I don't have a diet that seems to fit me. I'm vegetarian. Can anyone help me?

I'm drinking water, coffee and tea. I'm eating fried eggplant sandwiches, salads, toast, celery, carrots and other vegetables.

Fried food is not good when trying to lose weight, even if thats veggies. When on a diet try simple cooking methods:steam, boil, grill... Use spices for taste

Cut out coffee and tea. Drink 1 liter of water early morning as soon as you get up.Avoid eating burgers. Split up your meal into small meals.
