I'm new here so I'm not sure how this works. I'm trying to loose 15-20 pounds by mid July and I need help with my diet. I'm already exercising daily, but I don't have a diet that seems to fit me. I'm vegetarian. Can anyone help me?
Cut out coffee and tea. Drink 1 liter of water early morning as soon as you get up.Avoid eating burgers. Split up your meal into small meals.
