Hello I'm Ella and I'm new to this whole weight lost thing I've been a big girl sense middle school and its been pretty hard on me. So I. Trying to lose weight get healthy and get active and even try things I couldn't before...so hopefully I can make it through. I'm not gonna say I know what to expect because I don't I just know I'm not going to give up...so a little motivation from any and everyone would be great....

Just take it one day at a time add on little bit to your workout

Take your time don't rush yourself it's so many different workouts on here you can try do them at your own pace you don't have rush to keep up with anyone have fun with your workouts. Then if you haven't already start working on eating right its so many wonderful people on here that our willing to help you with your journey God bless and I know your going to do just fine here Ella.:-)

All it takes is consistency. Make that decision to change and stick to it.  No matter what.  You can do it if you want it bad enough
