Hey u got any suggestions for diet for a beginner
Start eating lean meats. Grilled chicken and fish are what I eat. Greens fruits and vegetables are also really good to throw in with your meals. Drink a protien shake for one of your meals say breakfast or lunch. The protien shake will fill you up and you wont be putting alot of calories into your system. Stay away from sugars and fried food!

I drink the herbalife shakes! They taste way better than any other protien shakes I have had. But I normally squeeze some lemons onto my grilled chicken if im just eating the chicken and not making a meal with the chicken mixed into to.

Lose and get the beach body.
Alright man whenever your hitting the gym you need to start off with at least a 20 to 30 minute warm up with cardio and depending on how in shape you are right now you want to be doing high intensity workouts only be taking about a 30 second break in between each set or your workout. And be doing at least 15 to 20 reps each set
