Hey guys and gals so here's the low down. I have been having a lot of trouble with my stomach. it has been hurting a lot to the point to where I am curled up in a ball on the floor for hours before it eases up a little. plus I have (IBS) irritable bowel syndrome which sucks and makes it worse. anyone have any advice to get the pain to ease some so I can sleep and be a little less uncomfortable? Could really use the advice. Please and thank you.

I use camomille tea or herbal tea made of bay leaves, U just boil the leaves once the water turns yellowish U pour it in ur mug, add some sugar and drink it. It works wonders!

If U have ibs also try to reduce milk. Dont cut off cheese completely, just reduce the amount. Also reduce chocolate, coffee and soda. As for me, i noticed whole grains provok me ibs :(

Try ab workouts for your cramping. Try soy milk, if you drink milk, it helps my daughter.

Have you tried eating Paleo?? I had the same problem once i went paleo the stomach issues stopped.
