Faster distance running?

A little. But it didn't seem to help. I never did a significant amount of it though. So that could be the problem.

I'll keep that in mind, thanks. I do core 3 days a week, legs 1 day, and arms and shoulders combined 1 day as well. I'm trying to tone all over. But maybe I should focus more on legs?
