Hey gymrats! My name is Patrick. I'm new to this program, but been lifting for a while. Went from 235 lbs. With a 42 inch waist, to 167 lbs with a 31 inch waist. I feel a lot better. I know there are a lot of people struggling with weight loss. To all of you I say this, "have patience, be consistent, stay positive. It will come". So far, I like what I see on skim be and look forward to sharing and seeing results.

Same boat bro, patience is all you need. First week may lose 2lbs, 5lbs, but after awhile it just adds up. I lost 55lbs in 4 months and now I'm building muscle. 5'9 165 lbs now and feel great

Damn!! Good job. Trying to gain weight to be honest........and build up some muscle at same time. Lol

Patrick b. I just got the app. Is the pro version worth it and if I pay the 15 bucks do I still have to buy workouts.

If you get the upgrade, there is no more paying for anything. I think it's worth it. I like it.
