I have been using this app for a few months now and it's proving to work well for me! I need to improve on consistency though.
I'm looking for overall tips on effective work outs for my specific goals.
So far, my routine is:
-pre work out stretch
20 minute jump rope
-strength training with weights for about 20 minutes (I use a variety of workouts all the time). Either full body or target training.
-sometimes I do an additional focus work out.
-post work out stretching
My goals is to tone and lose fat. Any additional pointers?
I'll take eating tips too!
