Good stuff! I'm still on my Christmas holidays and only get a bit odd exercise in every now and then but am looking forward to a proper work out after 3 weeks on Friday 😊

Good luck with getting fitter this year :-)

Im setting short term goals Amy. Trying to stay committed to a workout program this year. Keep me posted on your success.

I'm trying not to really set goals except to strengthen my muscles to prevent pain in my joints, which will include time at the gym and weight loss but no specific time goal. I'll add you and you can see what I'm up to :-)
