We bought sausage that's easy to microwave and only 100 calories

Im from the south Lauren, so sausage is always a winner in this house.

Im adding all of the recipes to my morning rotation. I will let you know how I like them Anthony. Now, off to the grocery store to stock up.

No Lauren, we have the big box stores such as Walmart & Target. There is also a Publix close by. I should be able to find something in the 100 calorie range.
