Well hello there.Been training at the gym for about a year now.Just started training with an instructor once a week as well as my own training 3-4 times a week on gym machines. Love worki g out but slow to gain and build muscle.Any advice.I use machine equipment as opposed to free weights. .

Hello Mike.Yes I have started to take whey protein and am using creatine and bcaa tablets before and after workouts for about a month or so.Im very impatient lol.
