Get rid of belly fat for skinny people

Hi guys and gals, I have a skinny and somewhat toned stature but have this annoying belly fat I want to get rid of! Any tips or pointers to help get rid of this, say particular exercises, more reps or weight, eating certain foods, supplements or shakes, etc? Wanna have that summer body going! Thanks for any feedbacks!!

Only cardio can remove the belly... and it's a long process since now you're skinny and toned, your genes plays a huge role. Some people can lose belly fat the next day, while others have defined arms, legs butt, but a lil jelly belly. Some people will never lose it, no matter how much you try... but don't be discouraged...do hiit 3 or 4 times a day and the rest strength training... eventually you'll get there ( if genes don't get in the way). I'm in the same boat, my stomach is taking forever, so I didn't put a time...
