Hello, I am new and looking for motivation. Im a mother, student and worker an can never find the right time to workout. An when I do have it I dont have the energy to because I am worn out or just dont feel motivated.
I hope this app will give me motivation. Look forward to meeting new people!
Yeah it gets tough but your right there has to be a time frame for us to keep ourselves healthy an in shape. Was thinking about doing the Wii with the kids.
Same here. Today decided to take the kids to go play tennis an walked to the courts an played for about a hour an walked back.
There are ways to make time because I was tored but once I got into it I was wide awake an didnt realize the time.
Just got to keep pushing forward!
I have just downloaded this app as well (Jun 24th), and I really liked that people here tell what they are doing and challenge each other to exercise. I think that is what I needed, challenge, to keep going...

I don't understand this app. There are lot of exercises. Don't know which to choose. I'd like a routine like Monday abs Tuesday arms Wednesday legs something like that
