I've been obese my entite life, and im finally going on a full diet, trying to get frpm 250 to 160. It'll be tough(as i'm a dessert junkie), but I hope i can accomplish it. I'll know i've made progress when I can finally go into forever 21 and not feel like crap. Good luck to me, I guess.

First 2 weeks will be the hardest exercise and food wise....but you can do it! For years of feeling like cramp, 2 weeks isn't that long...get through them and you'll start to feel better. Eat well, move EVERY day and if you slip up stop it in its tracks right away, not tomorrow because all we have is today babe!
