Hey, I'm 16 and just joined Skimble after many sport injuries, any ideas on some good workouts? I want to get a good amount of muscle back by the spring season. Thanks!

Hey, you could always start out easy, what sport dou play? Maybe you should start with some leg exercises as legs are very important in most sports, look up sports conditioning running in the workout section, I do that to keep myself on my feet, goodluck
