I just began this Workout Trainer thing... I haven't done any workout's yet. But, soon enough I will do a couple before 11:00 AM, because that's when me and my dad are going to play soccer outside. I just can't wait to get started! Here are a few tips:
Do a workout every day
Go PRO, and Create your own Workouts!
And you can like workouts too!
And last but not least, Make forums to talk about your journey through the Workouts that you've done from the start.
And if you get tired, take break
If you don't get tired, take no break
