Im 14 and new to this app. Im trying to lose 10 to 15 pounds this summer. Can anyone give me any advice on to lose weight?

This is a really versatile app :). If you want to workout together, try to find workouts you both enjoy.  Maybe one of you choose a workout one day, and the other person the next.  Once you find some good workouts, agree a realistic schedule and motivate each other!  Follow each other in the app to keep track of each other's workouts, and make it easier to comment on them.  If you want to get an idea on some workouts, follow more experienced skimble users like me.  Good luck and enjoy it :).
