Sup ppl Im 5'3 138lbs ,metabolism high as a giraffe cooch (lol) srry my humor .I went frm 130 now at 138 mayb 140 as u cn tell I dnt gain much weight ..but ? Is how cn I gain alil more weight without all the unhealthy foods? I usually hve mmy breakfast/veggie smoothies or wat not..any suggestions ? Follow as well

Consume more complex carbohydrates: sweet potatoes, brown rice,oatmeal very easy that cal counting is stressful
Most items have the calorie amount on it,so it only takes a moment to do the math.Personally I don't mind.I like to be accurate.OCD maybe haha
