I am a almost 29 year old mother of two, disabled veteran (not physically) and embarrassingly overweight! I need help please!!

Firstly, welcome just start by doing some of the casual beginner exercises and don't overdo it for quick results because it won't last. Slow and steady is best. Try Beginner BlastOFF! And Beginner. Also Exercises for Starters. There are loads of beginner exercises to do. Good luck, feel free to follow.
