I have been working out on and off for around two years now. I usually go strong for about one or two months and then I give up and have to start all over again. Any advice?

Make friends and follow like minded people on here. Then if you feel youself slipping you can message thrm for support. I don't mind being a motivator if you need one lol. Good luck.
