I'm 41 and I thinking I'm going through "the change" pretty early. I'm also pretty anemic so it requires substantial effort for me to find the energy to exercise as the iron supplements are not getting my levels up. What can I expect as far as weight changes as my hormones start to fluctuate and what types of exercise/nutrition will help me balance myself out again?

Ive been working on my abs for a month now and i havent seen alot of progress and i have had open surgery in my stomach before, but that was along time ago :/.. Help:)
