I am new as well I have done two work outs but heat caused me to do only 18 minutes. I know it wasn't a full workout but on hot days I find it better to take it slow and do small routines.

Im new too just started today. Been workin out for a while but i get bored with my own workouts once I have conquered them a couple of times adding weight don't help me none either I still get bored hopefully the broad range of workouts on this app will help me stay motivated don't have much time to work out though I work out at 4:30 before work in the morning.
