Helloo everybody! I use to use this app like a year and a half ago, it's changed a lot i love it! Anyways, just recently gave birth in August and getting serious about working out and toning up! Hopefully i keep at it! Just saying whatsup to everyone :)

Congrats and the best time to get in workouts is during naptime u can do anything if u set the mind to it

Thank you! I started last night while everyone was sleeping, that's ME time lol but i'm gonna do some other workouts while she's asleep during the day!
