Jus be consistent and you will be there in no time. And days you don't feel like workin out go play tennis or b.ball. your still workin out but you don't feel like it.

Ty I'm training for a 5k right now. Running/walking almost every morning.

20 pounds you got this man. Do a jump rope circuit . Both legs 1 min and then 1 leg 30 sec and then the other leg 30 sec. And after both legs 1 min and 30 sec.

Squat and lunges and ABC circuits. Walk then build to run , listen to music to help take your mind off the workout.

Ok you set an awesome goal. When you don't feel like workin out have the mind set " just do it and get it over with". You will be glad you worked out try tennis it's a good workout with out you realizing it.

190. I'm almost 40 and had our 3rd child a year ago. Actually I've had a question. I've always been taller and bigger boned and more muscular than other girls. Seriously i have the shoulders of a line backer and am 5'7". When i was a size 6 i still weighed 150. When i look up my ideal weight from A doctorit says 120. There's no way. What should a healthy ideal weight be?

At 5'7 healthy weight is 140 or 150. But it's fine you had kids, it all depends on how you want to look and wat results you want.

I don't kno if you saw wat I wrote earlier. But AB circuits are good and jump rope. Look for ABs on here and with the jump rope 1 min both legs and 30 sec one leg and 300 sec the other leg. And then 1 min and 30 sec both legs everyday. If you don't have a jump rope that's fine you can still jump up like if you had one. I don't use a jump rope because you have no real to mess up and stop

Cool. Thanks for the tips. I've already got an Ab scheduled for tomorrow at lunch and a but workout once i get home. I'm pretty stoked about using this. And i want an ass my husband can use as a shelf and a waist like i had before kids lol. Thanks!

That's awesome! You can totally do it! I was 180 when I started my workout journey now I'm 140 if you would like to see my transformation feel free to look :) this app has helped out a lot good luck on your journey ;)

You will get there. Your goal is similar to mine. Ultimately want to be 112 but going for 119 as i think 112 might be too difficult. See how it goes lol. Feel free to message me for any support.

Whoa your short lol I'm 6'0. This app will really help you. Also do ABs everyday and jump rope circuit everyday 1 min both legs and 30 sec 1 leg and 30 sec the 9 the leg and after 1 min and 30 sec both legs.
