Whats your goal?

Lose all this extra weight that I've gained since coming home from boot camp, tone my body back up, regain all the endurance, and put my cardio back in check. I want to be able to feel good about myself and also, if I do get to go back into the military, I want to be able to overcome everything and become a high speed runner and be able to beat all the times for the PT test.

To get lean and mean. I wanna get big and ripped and in better shape all around. I also want to get my leg back in shape it's coming along but just ain't there yet.

Get back into my triathlon and ballet by next year broke my bones and then got lazy during recovery so trying now...
