Stubborn trouble spot

I'm sure this can be many people's trouble spot, but lower abs! Got everything else to basically where I want it to be, except abs. Any suggestions on what might help to get to my goal faster? :)

Diet is always most crucial when it comes to abs. Once that is in check, do alot of reverse crunches and leg raises for your lower abdominals. Adding weight will help even more! :)

I've improved my diet a lot from a couple years ago, otherwise I wouldn't be where I am today, consistent working out isn't enough, but that's ALWAYS been my trouble spot. Reverse crunches and leg raises, got it, and I have no objections to adding weights, thanks! :)
